Ladle & Skillet is an established street-food and organic flatbread bakery business. Trading weekly for five years on London’s Southbank Food Market, we also serve up our gorgeous, ethically-sourced food at festivals and private events.
With dishes inspired by our travels, provenance is hugely important to us: free-range and rare-breed meats, locally sourced seasonal leaves, flour from Cann Mills in Dorset, everything made from scratch, including our own flatbreads.
We have a great team of people working with us, some of whom are using the opportunity to learn what they need to set up their own micro-enterprise food initiatives. We actively support this. It's part of who we are and the values we uphold.
